10 Signs You Have Mentally Healthy Happy Person Syndrome

As a young mental health counselor, I hear a lot about diagnoses and disorders. This author takes a new spin on the DSM (Diagnostic and  Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders) classification by creating a syndrome for positivity!

I believe positivity is something we can consciously work towards, that if we surround ourselves with positive people and train our brain to think positive thoughts– we can re-wire our perspective on ourselves and the world. (Not that this is always easy by any means!)

What do you think? Do you have some characteristics of this syndrome? Are there any that you don’t agree with?
